THE STORY

About Kaito

Kaito is a crypto information and capital formation platform that uses AI and market data to help users discover, evaluate and participate in crypto ecosystems.

Challenge

Kaito wanted its ICO platform to operate differently from traditional launchpads built around static eligibility snapshots and batch-based token distribution.

In a conventional model, contributor data is captured at a fixed point in time, allocations are prepared from static files, and changes can require manual rebuilds or new deployment work. That creates friction when eligibility evolves, new contributors qualify or a distribution needs to support different wallets and chains.

Kaito’s goal was a more fluid capital formation experience: eligibility should remain live, contributors should be able to claim when they become ready, and the underlying distribution infrastructure should be reusable across multiple launches rather than rebuilt campaign by campaign.

Solution

Clique built a real-time distribution architecture for Kaito’s ICO platform rather than a one-off claim portal for a single token launch.

The system replaces static CSV-based allocation workflows with live eligibility and on-demand claims. As contributor eligibility changes, the distribution layer can respond without requiring the allocation process to be manually rebuilt around a new snapshot. Once a contributor is ready and eligible, the system can make the relevant allocation available for claim.

The architecture was also designed to support different wallets and chains, allowing Kaito to reuse the same underlying distribution layer across launches with different network requirements.

That infrastructure has already supported Hana and Everlyn on BNB Smart Chain, as well as Limitless on Base. Instead of recreating the distribution stack for each project, Kaito can operate launches on top of a common system built for continuously changing eligibility and on-demand token delivery.

Results

Clique gave Kaito a reusable distribution layer that has already supported three launches across BNB Smart Chain and Base: Hana, Everlyn and Limitless.

The architecture changes the operating model from campaign-by-campaign batch distribution to a system where eligibility can remain live and claims can be triggered on demand. This reduces reliance on static snapshots and manual allocation files while allowing the same infrastructure to support successive token launches.

For Clique, the project demonstrates a different level of distribution infrastructure: not a bespoke flow for one TGE, but a reusable system embedded into a platform designed to support multiple distributions over time.
